The second season of The Unbroken Voice picks up its pace after the first one ended with Arelys and Wilfredo getting married. The show starts with Arelys performing on stage and introducing the new record label. Everything was going so perfectly when suddenly the Police came and arrested Wilfredo under the charges of drug trafficking. There was more to Wilfredo's story which is later revealed on the show, and how he landed in this trouble in the first place.

The mafia gang reached out to Arelys when she was performing at an event. They wanted her to perform at their boss's wife's birthday. This was not even a request and it came with a van blowing in Arelys's yard. The story continues to move forward and we see the star's life in danger. Many things occur which also affect the singer's family.

Miguel despite being a perfect son just wanted one thing and that was to spend time with his parents. There are many rash things he did to achieve the same, but isn't it always the same with every teenager? To avoid the same, Arelys wanted her label in the first place so that she with her husband could devote time to the family which was left behind in pursuit of earning a livelihood.

In my opinion, this telenovela is a great treat for those who are into long-duration and extensive episodes. Keeping the fact in mind that it has 62 episodes, the audience will find it difficult to stick to the screen and the plot. However, the complication of the same can be overcome by watching selective episodes. Through this, you'll be able to catch a hold of what's going on.

The plot in the show is limited and revolves around the same things which are family and women empowerment. The best thing about the show is how Arelys despite achieving huge fame and fortune didn't forget to help the women in need. Whenever she saw a woman in trouble, she extended her help. This is the same reason why she got into trouble this season, but that doesn't mean that one stops doing good things due to a small hiccup.

In the final moments of this season, just like the previous one, the real Arelys joins the stage with the actress playing her role in the show. The season marks the end of the telenovela, and the show concluded by showing how a producer approached Arelys's husband and manager with an offer to make a show on her to show what all she had to endure.

The Unbroken Voice show has always been a positive one and the actors along with the writers have done a fabulous job. Arelys will serve as an inspiration to many and down the road we as an audience realize how easy it is for goons to interfere in the lives of those who have reached a stage of recognition.

Final Score – [7/10]
