HBO Max has revealed the extended trailer for DC ‘Titans’ season 3, which will premiere on August 12 on the streamer. The first three episodes of season 3 will arrive on Thursday, August 12, with the following episodes launching weekly every Thursday through October 21 on HBO Max. 


The trailer reveals many dark details about the upcoming season, and hints at a larger conspiracy behind the appearance of Red Hood, making him the main villain in this season. "I was out here all alone once. Bruce made me go out into the forest by myself for the first time. I had no idea what was out there," says Dick Grayson at the beginning of the trailer. "You were just a boy. Those were the lessons that he taught you. Bruce was a psychopath... using fear to control everyone. You need to make sure that this doesn't happen to someone else.," a voice follows. Barbara Gordon also has a major role as commissioner of Gotham, she is investigating the Red Hood case.


The filming on the third season started on October 13 last year and wrapped up production on June 17, last month. Season 3 will see Vincent Kartheiser as Dr. Jonathan Crane, a.k.a. Scarecrow, and Savannah Welch playing Barbara Gordon.

 


Season 3 will see the return of Brenton Thwaites as “Dick Grayson” aka “Nightwing,” Anna Diop as “Kory Anders” aka “Starfire,” Teagan Croft as “Rachel Roth” aka “Raven,” Ryan Potter as “Gar Logan” aka “Beast Boy,” Minka Kelly as “Dawn Granger” aka “Dove,” Damaris Lewis as “Blackfire,” Conor Leslie as “Donna Troy” aka “Wonder Girl,” Curran Walters as “Jason Todd” aka “Red Hood,” Joshua Orpin as “Conner Kent” aka “Superboy,” with Alan Ritchson as “Hank Hall” aka “Hawk,” Savannah Welch as “Barbara Gordon” and Vincent Kartheiser as “Dr. Jonathan Crane.” Jay Lycurgo has joined the cast this season recurring as “Tim Drake.”


Weed Road Pictures and Berlanti Productions, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Television, have produced “Titans.” Akiva Goldsman, Geoff Johns, and Greg Berlanti created the series. Based on DC Comics characters, the executive producers are Geoff Johns, Greg Berlanti, Greg Walker, and Sarah Schechter.


TITANS explores young heroes from across the DC Universe as they mature and discover their place in the world. In season three, our heroes are drawn to Gotham City by circumstances, where they will reconcile with old acquaintances and fight new threats.
