Korean Series ‘Little Women’ Gets Trailer and Release Date on Netflix

Netflix has revealed the first trailer (watch above) and premiere date for the Korean-language series, ‘Little Women.’ Based on the novel of the same name by Louisa May Alcott, the mystery drama, Little Women will release on September 3, 2022, on Netflix, worldwide.


The 12-episode series is produced by Studio Dragon for tvN. It will premiere on tvN on September 3, 2022, and will air every Saturday and Sunday. Each episode will be available on Netflix soon after airing on tvN.


The series revolves around three sisters with a close bond who grew up in poverty. It is the exciting story of the sisters as they get involved in a major incident and face off against the richest family in South Korea.


Oh In-Joo played by Kim Go-Eun is the oldest sister. She grew up in a very poor neighborhood and remains so. She realized as a child that money was the most important thing she could do to protect herself and her family. Her ambition is to live a normal life like everyone else. She becomes entangled in a case that has the potential to change her life.


Oh In-Kyung portrayed by Nam Ji-Hyun is the middle sister. She is an enthusiastic reporter for a local news station. She is a firm believer in doing the right thing. She has always been poor, but money does not rule her life. She is now delving into a mysterious case that she first encountered as a reporter.


Oh In-Hye played by Park Ji-Hu is the youngest of the three sisters. She is a prestigious arts high school student with a natural talent for painting. She frequently feels her two elder sisters' adoration for her is overwhelming.


Wi Ha-Joon plays Choi Do-il. He graduated from a prominent university and get involved with Oh In-Joo.


Uhm Ji-won plays Won Sang-ah, Director of the Museum of Art. Her involvement with the three sisters begins when Sang-ah's daughter Hyorin becomes involved in Oh In-Hye. Um Ki-Joon plays Park Jae-sang, a young politician, who becomes involved with the three sisters. Gong Min-jeung plays Choi Ma-ri, a reporter at YBC news agency.
