Netflix has revealed a new trailer for Money Heist: Korea - Joint Economic Area Part 2. The Korean-language series will return with Money Heist: Korea - Joint Economic Area Season 2 on December 9 on Netflix, worldwide.

In this new trailer,mask-wearing burglars are carrying out the Professor’s master plan, as he is going to “let the world know who the real thieves are.” Even if everything falls apart and the authorities close in on them in Part 2, the illustrious thieves assembled by the Professor have one last chance to flee when the series returns. Lim Ji Yeon will play a new character that is unique to Money Heist: Korea — JEA, Seoul. In the trailer, Seoul is asked, “You heard about us from the Professor, right?”

Just like the first season, part 2 will also consist of six episodes, each directed by Kim Hong-Sun and starring Ji-tae as the Professor, Kim Yunjin as Inspector Seon Woojin, Park Hae-soo as Berlin, and Jun Jong-seo as Tokyo.

In the sixth and final episode of the first part, Berlin declares that the heist team only wanted money and never intended to harm the hostages, fueling public outrage against the police and government; Woo-jin leaves the Mint defeated. Denver has sex with Mi-seon as the heist team nears the end of their mission, after implicitly bidding her farewell. Outside, Moo-hyuk resigns, while a distraught Woo-jin goes on a date with the Professor, who confesses his feelings for Woo-jin. Woo-date jin's is cut short when he discovers a hidden message left by Anne. As the Professor returns to his café, he runs into Moo-hyuk, who had previously suspected him.

Netflix ordered 12 episodes for the remake of the Spanish hit series, La casa de Papel. The 12 episodes were produced together but were divided into two parts. The first part was released on June 24, 2022, on Netflix.
