‘Sort Of’ Season 2 Gets Trailer and Release Date on HBO Max

HBO Max has revealed a new trailer and premiere date for the second season of ‘Sort Of,’ which debuted this Monday in Canada. The Max Original comedy series, SORT OF Season 2 will release on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1 on HBO Max in the US with the first two episodes followed by two new episodes weekly through December 22.

Sort Of Season 2 premiered this week on November 15 on CBC Television and CBC Gem in Canada. The final two episodes will release on December 6. So, in the US, the show is two weeks behind the original release.

The second season of SORT OF, which consists of eight episodes, is the season of love. Friends, family, work, romantic love, and, most importantly, self-love are all examples of love. Sabi decides that they are not only ready for a simple romance, but they also want everyone to love each other. Unfortunately, Sabi is confronted with situations and relationships that are far from straightforward, such as their father's unexpected return from Dubai, the Kaneko-Bauers' struggles as Bessy is released from rehab, and troubles at Bar Bük.

The series stars Bilal Baig as Sabi Mehboob, Gray Powell as Paul Bauer, Kaya Kanashiro as Violet Kaneko-Bauer, Aden Bedard as Henry Kaneko-Bauer, Amanda Cordner as 7ven, Grace Lynn Kung as Bessy Kaneko, Ellora Patnaik as Raffo Mehboob, Supinder Wraich as Aqsa Mehboob, and Gregory Ambrose Calderone as Lewis.

SORT OF is produced with the participation of the Canada Media Fund. Along with being the creators, Bilal Baig and Fab Filippo are executive producers and co-showrunners; Jennifer Kawaja is the executive producer along with Bruno Dubé.
