Netflix ‘Do Revenge’ Trailer: Camila Mendes and Maya Hawke Go after their Tormentors

Netflix has revealed the first trailer for the dark comedy movie ‘Do Revenge.’ Directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson, ‘Do Revenge’ will release on September 16 on Netflix, worldwide.


The movie stars Camila Mendes as Drea - Alpha, the fallen it-girl, and Maya Hawke as Eleanor - beta, the new alt-girl. In the trailer (watch above), Drea is living a picture-perfect life until an intimate video, allegedly the work of her big-man-on-campus boyfriend, Max (Austin Abrams), gets leaked to the entire school. When she meets new girl Eleanor, who has a grudge against her summer camp bully Carissa (Ava Capri), the two pledge to work together to bring down those who have wronged them. Eleanor wants Carissa to "burn to the ground," and Drea wants Max to be known as a "fake-woke, misogynist hypocrite" at school.


Do Revenge is a comedy movie with a dark twist that follows two teenage girls who go after each other's tormentors after being humiliated by them.


"Do Revenge" also stars Alisha Boe, Rish Shah, Talia Ryder, Jonathan Daviss, Maia Reficco, Paris Berelc, and Sophie Turner. The film is written by Celeste Ballard and Robinson. Josh Bachove serves as executive producer, while Anthony Bregman, Peter Cron, and Robinson have produced the film.
