Amazon has confirmed the premiere date for the third season of The Boys with a first look teaser that gives a creepy look at Homelander. The much-awaited action-packed The Boys Season 3 will release on June 3, 2022, on Prime Video. The first three episodes will drop on Friday, June 3 followed by one episode every Friday leading up to the season finale (episode 8) on 8th July.

The announcement came during the monthly episode of ‘Seven on 7 with Cameron Coleman’ which also featured an interview with Hugh Campbell, now a senior FBSA analyst, where he answers why FBSA is hunting Supes aka American Heroes. The episode also revealed a new supe called "Tiny Termite." Watch the full episode at the bottom of this article.

Eric Kripke, the showrunner, has already given a slew of fascinating tidbits about the new season. Kripke previewed the Herogasm episode in an interview a few months ago, saying that if the version they filmed makes it to the final edit, it will most likely make the following season of "The Boys," X-Rated. Later, confirming that he has to self-censor the episode to make it to the final cut suitable for Amazon audiences.

Amazon is also releasing ‘Seven on 7 with Cameron Coleman’ monthly episodes every 7 of the month. This will continue till the premiere of the third season.

The untitled Boys Spin-off series is also in the works at Amazon, along with an animated series, The Boys Presents: Diabolical, set to premiere in 2022.

Season 3 of The Boys stars Karl Urban, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Laz Alonso, Jessie T. Usher, Chace Crawford, Claudia Doumit, Tomer Capon, Karen Fukuhara, Nathan Mitchell, Colby Minifie, and Jensen Ackles. Ackles who will play "Soldier Boy" is riding the hype of season 3. The third will also see some new faces in Sean Patrick Flanery as Gunpowder, Miles Gaston Villanueva as Supersonic, Katia Winter as Little Nina, Laurie Holden as Crimson Countess, and Nick Wechsler as Blue Hawk.

“The Boys” is a humorous take at what happens when superheroes, who are as popular as celebrities, as powerful as politicians, and as revered as gods, abuse their superpowers rather than using them for good. As “The Boys” go on a heroic quest to uncover the truth about the supergroup known as "The Seven," it's powerless against the super powerful. The show preserves the bulk of the comic's boundary-pushing violence and sexuality while also delving into the dark side of superhero stardom and fame.
